Final Submission: Hawkings
The room channels its occupants into the far corner, through a sloping roof, narrowing space and a pool of light. We enter the space moving from the large into the small, emerging again into the large. Just like Hawkings examination of space where he examines the small nuances in order to understand the larger picture.
In his quote Hawkings talked of man as a creator and as a destroyer. The green shafts of light onto the wall invoke a primative vicious image of man furtherd through the use of red light. We see a merging of colour as man attempts to dominate nature.

The concept of subtleness needed to understand the universe is seen clearly within the lab of Hawking.
The red overpowering the natural green of Darwin's space emphasises your point of man placing itself above nature.
The red and green synthesis of light can really show the destructive nature of man in the clash of colour.
